１は古い表現で、Please find attached で一つの慣用句です。その後に、find の目的語が付きます。

２は普通に仕事で使っています。硬い表現です。

We made the attached proposal.
Please see the proposal attached.
Attached is the proposal.
We would like to propose as attached.
We made a proposal (attached).
Please find the proposal attached.

ご質問から外れますが、日本語の「ご確認ください」という言葉は、ものすごく範囲が広いです。見る、読む、尋ねる、探す、調べる...など、どれも「確認する」で済ますことが出来ます。英語ではもっと具体的に、相手にやって欲しいことを伝えます。

We decided to change our plan. Please see the attached proposal and gather your thoughts for our meeting at 2.

I know this email may be confusing. I hope the attached document will help you understand it better.

Sarah sent me the attached presentation. She is off today. May I present this proposal in her behalf?

この古臭い表現を今でも使う人がいるわけですね。

2. Please find the attached proposal for the plan.
文法的にはこれで問題ありません。

しかし"please find"はなんとも妙な表現ですよね。
もう少しまともな言い方がありますので"Please find attached"でネット検索してみてください。
