日本語の意味になるように並べ替えたいです。
彼は機械をバッグから取り出して壁のコンセントにつなげた。
He took [from/ machine/ the/ and/ plugged/ his bag/ in/ it].
He took the machine his bag and plugged in it.
彼女は1年に3篇のペースで小説を作り出します。
[novels/ cranks/ at the rate of/ a year/ out/ she/ three].

He took the machine from his bag and plugged it in.
plug in「コンセントに挿す」の場合、目的語が it のような代名詞のときは、plug と in の間に
目的語が入ります。（詳しくは Wikipedia「句動詞」→［句動詞の語順］をご参照ください。）
語群にある from の存在も忘れないようにしてあげましょう。
She cranks out novels at the rate of three a year.
at the rate of「〜の割合で」は、割合なので 3 篇 / 1 年 のように分数で示す必要があります。
もともとは She cranks out novels at the rate of three novels a year. ですが、novels であることが
わかっているのに繰り返されるとうるさいので、２番目の novels は省略されます。
