I agree with the opinion that the high school students work part time job. The experience working part time job is useful and meaningful for their future. [Also, I think that the students who has financial matters will be more easier to have part time job for their matters.] For these reasons, I think that the high school should allow their students working part time job.
[]のとこを[また、経済的な問題を持っている学生がよりアルバイトをしやすくなる]というふうにしたいのですがどうしたいいでしょうか？

2文目のThe experience working part time job isのところは「〜という経験」という意味だと思いますので、
The experience "of" working part time job isとofがいると思います
また［］の部分ですが、「容易に仕事を見つけることができる」とするよりは「仕事を探すことに躊躇いがなくなる」とした方が、言いたいことに近いと思います
以下のようにするのもどうでしょうか
Also, I think that students with financial difficulties will find a part-time job without hesitation.
Also, I think that students with financial difficulties will be able to find a part-time job more easily.
Also, I think that it will be easier for students with financial difficulties to find a part-time job.
しかし、これでは主張していることと少しずれているような気がします。次の方が良いのではないでしょうか。
