The most important condition is that there are many shops in my town because I don't want to go to other towns due to buying commodities, foods or clothes. When I want to buy new clothes, if there are many shops in my town, I can choose a best clothes out of many one.   
Therefore, I think that our daily life becomes convenient and happy.
