I think that Kyoto is better than Tokyo for tourism.
There are some historical architects and cultures. The point that tourists can enjoy only walking in Kyoto is different from that of Tokyo. Also, there are many other tourist spots around Kyoto. For example, Osaka and Nara. In addition, I think that the tour industry in Kyoto is more developed than in Tokyo. For these reasons, I chose and recommended Kyoto.
