it の意味について

Question

Even the New Year display in London had the London Eye it up in yellow and  blue.

the London Eye の後の it は同格のitですか？
それとも、何かを強調させるような意味があるものでか？

これは spelling error です。「it up」は、正しくは「lit up」です。「light up」の過去分詞形です。意味合いを考えてみると分かります。

その前の「had」は使役動詞です（have + 目的語 + 過去分詞）。
