have access to - access だと思っているのですが、
なぜ上記の2つの文に意味の違いが出るのかが分かりません。

肯定文と疑問文の違い
I have access to the Internet with my lappyという文があって、
「どうやってネットにアクセスしますか？」という質問に対して
How do you access the internet？とhaveが抜けるのはどうしてでしょうか？
個人的にはHow do you "have" access to（toも必要？） the internet？で良いと思うのですが・・。
