空欄補充形式の問題なのですが、なぜ、　of themではなく、of whomなのかわからないです。

Jack has two sons,both of whom are doctors now.
ジャッくには息子が2人いて、どちらも今医者だ。

この二つの文を関係代名詞でつなげると、
Jack has two sons who are doctors now.

Jack has two sons. Both of them are doctors now.
この二つの文を関係代名詞でつなげると、
Jack has two sons, both of whom are doctors now.

Comma (,) の後には、space が１つ入りますので注意してください。
